Trying to make it a habit of doing these exercises. Left side reffed, right side imagined. Worthwhile to do, on the ref side for practicing accuracy and technique, then trying to apply lessons immediately with imagined subjects on the right:

Good approach to working in a sketchbook, might give that a go.
